1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@cameloth.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The process for exchanges is similar to returns, and we will cover shipping costs for exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Changes to the Return Policy
